TERMS & CONDITIONS

Many of the pieces shown are one-offs. However, I would be more than happy to discuss commissions for further pieces.

The colours and marks on my aluminium pieces are individual and unique. Once the pieces shown are sold, further pieces will not be identical to those shown on my website.

Please contact me for alterations such earclips or the lengths of neck cables – often these can be easily and quickly changed.

All pieces are supplied in black gift boxes.

Payment

Payments are taken online via Paypal, credit or debit card. Or please contact me to pay by bank transfer.

Delivery

I will send pieces within 5 working days of your order. Special commissions will take longer - I will confirm this with you before taking your deposit or full payment.

All items are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery, unless otherwise confirmed. Royal Mail Special Delivery is a fully tracked and insured service, and requires a signature upon delivery.

EU & Rest of World

All items are sent using International Tracked & Signed air mail, unless otherwise confirmed. International Tracked & Signed is a priority handling service and is insured. It requires a signature upon delivery.

Returns

I hope you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if you would like to return a piece for refund or exchange, please contact me and return it to me unworn and its original packaging within 21 days.

If your item is faulty, please notify me, and return it within 21 days of purchase. I will repair, replace or refund items which are found to be faulty.
